Our cuisine offers exquisite Mediterranean and traditional Italinan dishes made with the greatest products of our territory carefully and passionately selected by our Executive Chef Federico Rossi.
We offer simple and sophisticated food but we also propose international dishes, creative cuisine, meet and fish specialities always choosing among high quality seasonal ingredients and turning them into a gastronomy experience to be remembered. The family of the owner has a long experience in the local fish trade and all the commodities used in the kitchen are fresh and local products.
Federico Rossi is a Neapolitan Chef, after graduating from Cuisine and Catering High School in 1994 he started actively working as comis for severaly Hotels and restaurants of Rimini province.
His first important professional experience was in Capri in 1996, when he became Chef de partie, after he worked at Forte Village Resort***** in Sardinia with Chef Paolo Milani and then in Milan at Four Season Hotel***** where he had the pleasure to work with the Chefs Sergio Mei and Vittorio Accardo.
In 1999 he moved to Zurigo where he improved his international cooking skills and, and when he came back in Italy he began to work in the most important Hotels of Naples like Hotel Excelsior****, Hotel S.Lucia****, Grand Hotel Oriente**** etc.
During his working career he also worked at the Michelin Star restaurant Marennà with Chef Paolo Barrale and Chef Enrico Mori.
Since 2015 Federico is the Executive Chef of our restaurant.
